I haven't blogged in a while, but the dream I had last night is definitely worth blogging about. I don't remember all the details, but none the less it was really creepy.
I don't remember exactly how it started, but somewhere there was a villain terrorizing the city, going around and randomly freezing people in glass. After they froze them doing whatever it was that they were doing (walking their dog, getting a haircut, and such) they shrank them and added them to their collection in a tower like structure. The only way these people could be unfrozen was to insert a key into their glass case. This villain was also controlling the snowfall in the city and forced a snowfall so heavy that certain roads no longer existed.
The next thing I remember was being kidnapped by my father, along with some other people. I wasn't exactly sure what was going on, but for some reason we were not on the same team. When he kidnapped me I had a book with me, and for some reason it was really important that he did not take the book away from me, so I hid it between my legs hoping that the person in front of me would shield the book from his view. We were walking bound by rope and one of his minions was looking at each person as they walked by to make sure they were bound properly. When it was my turn my father showed up, saw the book and took it away. I pleaded for him to give it back to me, but he refused.
All of the prisoners including myself were loaded into giant black SUVs (how original I know). I was loaded into the same SUV as my father and we drove off. For some weird reason my uncle was the driver and they decided that they would like to go to the McDonald's drive through. When we got to the drive through I begged my father for the book, saying that I needed something to keep my occupied. Finally, he agreed, because I think he felt bad for the situation I was in.
Then as soon as I got the book back, I began to read it (I had been reading this book before, but now all of the sudden everything had changed in it). I was no longer reading a story of star crossed lovers, destined to find each other, I was reading a story of a girl being held captive in a black SUV by her father....This is when I started to freak out. I kept reading and the book went on the say that suddenly the window of the passenger's seat shattered into a million pieces and what came with it was a punching blow to the fathers head via boomerang. As soon as I read that, it happened. My father's window was shattered and a boomerang wacked him in the head. At this point my father ordered me to freed along with everyone else in the SUV.
As soon as I got out of the car, I was encountered by a women,(who looked a lot like Terra from true blood). She had a weird metal contraption that looked like a life vest on and all of the sudden her braids were lifting in the air and were being controlled by her mind but given ability by this contraption. In my dream it reminded me a lot of the villain doctor octavius from spider man two, with the weird metal octopus limbs. Then her braids turned into nunchucks of some sort, and we started battling.
The battle was even, neither of us were winning or loosing. Then something weird happened, my father shouted to me to finish her off. I was battling with a sword type weapon, but kind of like a light saber. I knocked her down, and she was on the edge-- if she held on long enough for someone to save her she would make it, then my father walked over and said that she was a waste of space and unfit to fight me. He said that he would be having a word with Helen, and that he won the bet. The girl looked at him scared and confused and asked him how he knew that name. He said that all of this was set up, and that Helen knew her creation would loose, but figured it would take at least a few days to defeat it, when he bet it would only take 6 hours. Heartbroken, all the fight in her was gone and she laid her head down and waited for death.
I turned and looked at my father, so confused, and so angry. How could he do something so cruel to her, to me!
I don't remember much after that, but I thought this dream was definitely worth blogging about.
